From August 31st 2018 to November 30, 2019 bBd’s Las Vegas was located at Palace Station Hotel & Casino, an off-strip local’s casino located at Sahara Avenue and 15. We are very thankful to the management team at Station Casinos, but in the end there was quite simply a disconnect between the direction of the hotel as it was originally conveyed to us and the facts on the ground in terms of the hotels plans a year into the project.
Palace Station’s plans to build a new hotel tower & convention center never materialized, nor did a concerted effort to bring a change of demographics to Palace Station. This left us with an oversized restaurant inside a casino that was already over served by 8 other very large F&B outlets, with no hope of building a relationship with any of the on-site clients.
It was a very difficult decision, but we decided that the lack of effort to revitalize the customer-base at Palace made it necessary for us to revisit the validity of the location for our concept.

“Currently, beers, burgers, desserts serves four types of burgers: a steamed burger that tastes like if White Castle had class and cared about itself; a griddled burger that will bring you back to the pleasure of eating at old-school diners; a prime burger that can compete with any steakhouse burger in Las Vegas; and Perrazzo’s newest creation: a charbroiled burger that is so damn good, it’s best to just eat it with cheese and no other accoutrements on it. The salt and pepper crust on this burger packs so much flavor into the thing, it’s a damn wonder.” David Magazine

“Ralph Perrazzo, who used to make desserts at Jean-Georges in New York, Bradley Ogden in Las Vegas, and Clio in Boston, has become a meat maven with b.B.D’s, a remarkably ambitious burger-and-beer joint that serves USDA prime beef from the same cattle that are sold to some of the country’s best steakhouses.” Food & Wine Magazine, Andy Wang
